JULY 2ND, 1956
The City Council met in regular semi-monthly meeting with Mayor Freund
presiding. Aldermen present: Brown, Buchert, Dixon, Gausden, Kauss. Absent:
Antonson.
Motion by Buchert, seconded by Dixon, to approve the minutes of the
11/1 last meeting as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Buchert, seconded by Gausden, to approve the treasurer's
report as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Buchert, seconded by Kauss, to approve the collector's report
as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Gausden, seconded by Dixon, to approve the clerk's report
as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Buchert, seconded by Dixon, to pay the following bills as
approved by the finance committee:

due on Sewer Improvement Bonds. Motion carried.
Motion by Buchert, seconded by Dixon, to pay Tonyan Construction Company
$78,509.70 and W. A. Rakow and Associates 11,766.47 due on Sewer Plant Construction
as approved by engineers. Motion carried.
Motion by Brown, seconded by Buchert, to adjourn. Motion carried.
