AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF
METALMASTER DRIVE TO METALMASTER WAY
IN THE CITY OF MCHENRY
WHEREAS, on July 15, 2002, the Corporate Authorities of the City of McHenry
approved Ordinance MCO2-1085, which changed the name of Capital Drive, located in
the Inland Business Park Unit 2, to Metalmaster Drive, in honor of the Company's
founder; and
WHEREAS, a request was received from Gloria Smeja, President ofMetalmaster
Roofmaster, to change the name of Metalmaster Drive to Metalmaster Way; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the proposed street name change
and has no objections to change the name of Metalmaster Drive to Metalmaster Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Metalmaster Drive in the Inland Business Park Phase 2 shall
hereinafter be renamed to Metalmaster Way.
SECTION 2: All ordinances of parts thereof in conflict with the terms and
provisions hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under
the authority of the Corporate Authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County,
Illinois.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.

SECTION 5: A certified copy of this ordinance shall be recorded with the
McHenry County Recorder of Deeds office.
