and approve the Annual Appropriation Ordinance in the
amount of $1,559,000.00.

ect the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance regulating
Taxi Cabs, ordinance to be patterned after the City of
Crystal Lake ordinance, with the exception of Sec. 11,
which is to provide for three (3) Cab Companies instead
of two (2).
