Motion by Rogers, seconded by Hromec, to pay
$2,59.:ij0 to Friedman, &oven, Shapiro, Salzman, Koenigs-
berg, Specks & Homer for legal fees in connection with
zoning question at McHenry Country Club.
Upon roll call the following vote was recorded:
Bolger, Aye; Harker, Aye; Howard, Aye; Hromec, Aye;
Pitzen, Nay; Rogers, Aye; Smith, Aye; Stanek, Aye.
Motion carried.
Motion by Stanek, seconded by Harker, to pass
and approve Resolution on Prevailing Wage Scale.

Motion carried.
Representatives of the McHenry Planning Com-
mission and Zoning Board of Appeals were present to dis-
cuss proposed plans for the Pleasant Valley Subdivision.
