JANUARY 18, 1971
The City Council met in regular meeting with Mayor
Doherty presiding. At roll call, the following Aldermen
were present: Bolger, Hromec, Huck, Jackson, Rogers, Smith,
Stanek. Absent: Pitzen.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Rogers, to pass and
approve an "Ordinance Authorizing Sponsorship AgreementPO
concerning Lakeland Park area drainage.
Voting "Aye`/: Bolger, Hromec, Huck, Jackson,
Rogers, Smith, Stanek.
Voting "Nay": None.
Absena: Pitzen.
Motion carried.
Motion by Jackson, seconded by Huck, to accept
the recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the
matter of the petition of Mitchell Bykowski and Lottie
Bykowski, his wife, for Zoning Reclassification (hearing
date December 4, 1970).
Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded:
Bolger, "Nay°°; Hromec, "Aye"; Huck, "Aye"; Jackson,
'Aye"; Rogers, "Nay"; Smith, "Aye"; Stanek, "Aye". Ab-
sent: Pitzen.
The Mayor declared the motion carried.
Motion by Bolger, seconded by Huck, to transfer
$500.00 to the Library Fund.

Rogers, Smith, Stanek.

Motion carried.
Motion by Rogers, seconded by Stanek, to approve
payment of the following to The First National Bank of
Chicago: Sewer Improvement Bonds issued 10/1/69---
Principal $15,000.00, Interest $20,156.98, Bank Fees
$50.000
Voting "AyeP1: Bolger, Hromec, Huck, Jackson,
Rogers, Smith, Stanek.
Voting "Nay°': None.
Absent: Pitzen.
Motion carried.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Jackson, to transfer
Class 11A" Alcoholic Beverage License to Martin J. Grennan,
Jr., license held by Esther Ka.rbin having been surrendered.
Voting it Milo Bolger, Hromec, Huck, Jackson,
Rogers, Smith, Stanek.
Voting tPNay" : None.
Absent: Pitzen.
Motion carried.
