AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ADDRESS
OF 4816 JOYCE COURT TO 103 CROSS TRAIL
IN THE CITY OF MCHENRY
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the City of McHenry approved a final
plat of subdivision for Park Ridge Estates, Phase 3, which plat is recorded with the
McHenry County Recorder of Deeds as Document Number 2001 R0081912; and
WHEREAS, Lot 112 on said plat was assigned an address of 4816 Joyce Lane
or 103 Cross Trail by the City; and
WHEREAS, William Ryan Homes, developer of Park Ridge Estates, applied for a
building permit to construct a new home on Lot 112 and selected an address of 4816
Joyce Lane; and
WHEREAS, due to the orientation of the home on the lot and for safety and
convenience purposes, the new homeowners of Lot 112 are requesting to use the
address of 103 Cross Trail instead of 4618 Joyce Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the City of McHenry are required to
initiate all such address changes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the proposed address change and
has no objections to change the address from 4816 Joyce Court to 103 Cross Trail.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the address for Lot 112 in the Park Ridge Estates Phase 3
subdivision be hereinafter changed from 4816 Joyce Lane to 103 Cross Trail.
SECTION 2: That notice of such address change be made to the McHenry, Post
Office by certified or registered mail.

SECTION 3: All ordinances of parts thereof in conflict with the terms and
provisions hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under
the authority of the Corporate Authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County,
Illinois.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
SECTION 6: A certified copy of this ordinance shall be recorded with the
McHenry County Recorder of Deeds office.
