Motion by Smith, seconded by Rogers, to engage
Baxter and Woodman, Civil and Sanitary Engineers, to draw
specifications for painting the 5000% gallon water tower
(inside and outside), and to advertise for bids on the
project.

Rogers, Smith, Stanek.

Motion carried.
Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Stanek, to authorize
the Supt, of Public Works to proceed with necessary improve-
ments in the maintenance of the water plant, cost not to
exceed $3,000.00.
