HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes - 08/03/1964 - City Council REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 3, 1964 The City Council of McHenry convened at 8 P.M. August 3, 1964 in the City Hall for regular meeting. Aldermen Bolger, Conway, Etten, Huck and Smith were present. In the absence of Mayor Doherty, Alderman Conway, seconded by Alderman Smith, moved, with unanimous approval, that Alderman Bolger be elected Mayor Pro Tem. The council convened with Mayor Pro Tem Bolger presiding. Upon roll call the following Alderman were present: Conway, Etten, Huck, Smith. Absent: Pitzen. Motion by Huck, seconded by Smith, to approve the minutes of regular meeting held July 20, 1964. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Etten, to approve the clerk's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Huck, to accept proposal of Motorola Communications and Electronics, Inc. to replace police radios to conform with changes made in the McHenry County Sheriff' s Office.
