Aldermen present: Conway, Etten, Huck, Pitzen, Smith. Absent: Bolger. Motion by Etten, seconded by Conway, to approve the minutes of regular meeting held October 19th. Motion carried. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Huck, to approve the treasurer's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Huck, seconded by Conway, to approve the clerk's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Conway, to permit Northern Illinois Propane Gas Company, 4003 West Main Street, to use existing tank for storage of Anhydroun Amonia. Motion carried. Motion by Conway, seconded by Huck, to advertise for bids to furnish the City with a new police car, providing for trade-in of 1963 Plymouth Pursuit car.
