NOVEMBER 9, 1964
At the call of Mayor Doherty, a special meeting of
the McHenry City Council was held in the City Hall Monday,
November 9, 1964 at 8 P.M. The purpose of the meeting was to
study the proposed development of area known as Boone Valley
and to act on other business that might rightfully come before
the council at a special meeting.
Aldermen present: Bolger, Conway, Huck, Pitzen, Smith.
Absent: Etten.
Following study of map and proposed Boone Valley develop-
ment the council requested the City Attorney to give the proposal
further study.
Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Conway, to contact W. A.
Rakow and Associates, engineers, to recommend corrections or
extensions of sanitary sewer lines in Grove Avenue and Oak Avenue.
Motion carried.
Motion by Huck, seconded by Bolger, to authorize the City
Treasurer and City Clerk to transfer "The Andrew Worwick Fund For
The Benefit of The McHenry Library" to the McHenry Library Fund.
Motion carried.
Motion by Huck, seconded by Smith, to adjourn. Motion
carried.
