JANUARY 7, 1963
The City Council met in regular semi-monthly meeting with
Mayor Doherty presiding. Aldermen present: Bolger, Conway, Etten,
Huck, Pitzen, Smith. Absent: None.
Motion by Etten, seconded by Pitzen, to approve the minutes
of the last regular meeting held December 17, 1962 as read. Motion
carried.
Motion by Huck, seconded by Conway, to approve the treasurer' s
report as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Etten, to approve the clerk' s report
as read. Motion carried.
Motion by Huck, seconded by Etten, to pay the following bills as
approved by the finance committee: Motion carried.

Motion by Conway, seconded by P'itzen, to adopt resolution reaffirming
prevailing wagescale as adopted and established by the City Council July 2, 1962.
Motion carried.
Motion by Bolger, seconded by Conway, to pass resolution authorizing
transfer of *4,605.13 from the "Off Street Parking Fund" savings account in the
McHenry State Bank to the General Fund checking account to cover expenditures
to date. Motion carried.
Motion by Huck, seconded by Smith, to adjourn. Motion carried.
