Aldermen present: Bolger, Huck, Jackson, Rogers, Smith, Stanek. Absent: Hromec, Pitzen. II Motion by Bolger, seconded by Huck, to approve minutes as read of regular meeting held May 19. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Huck, Jackson, Rogers, Smith, Stanek. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Hromec, Pitzen. Motion carried. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Hromec, Pitzen. Motion carried. Motion by Rogers, seconded by Stanek, to approve bonds filed by the Mayor, City Treasurer, and City Clerk. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Huck, Jackson, Rogers, Smith, Stanek. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Hromec, Pitzen. Motion carried. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Stanek, to grant Quit Claim Deed to Bertha A. Jensen and Theodore Elmer Jensen pertaining a strip of land in Zots 8 and 10 in block 3 of the original plat of West McHenry, as described. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Huck, Jackson, Rogers, Smith, Stanek. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Hromec, Pitzen. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Rogers, to enter into agreement, as read, with Mrs. Helen Justen for use of land at S/W corner of Green and EZm Streets for parking purposes. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Huck, Jackson, Rogers, Smith, Stanek. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Hromec, Pitzen. Motion carried. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Rogers, to enter into agreement with Albert J. Stilling and Mary Rita Stilling to purchase Zot on Pearl Street for off-street parking, $500.00 down payment, $7300.00 total cost, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign contract.
