The City Council met in regular semi-monthly meeting with
Mayor Doherty presiding. Aldermen present: Bolger, Hromec, Huck,
:... Pitzen, Rogers, Smith, Stanek. Absent: Jackson
Motion by Huck, seconded by Pitzen, to approve minutes
as read of regular meeting held June 16, 1969 and special meeting
held June 23, 1969.
Voting "Aye": Bolger, Hromec, Huck, Pitzen, Rogers, Smith,
Stanek.
Voting "Nay": None.
Absent: Jackson.
Motion carried.

McHenry Township Fire Protection District building

until further notice.

Motion by Bolger, seconded by Stanek, to accept the recom-
mendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals and grant the petition of
Stueben Realty and Insurance Agency, Inc. for variation at 3922 West
Main Street.
Voting "Aye": Bolger, Hromec, Huck, Jackson, Rogers, Smith,
Stanek.
Voting "Nay": Pitzen.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Smith, to pass and approve the
annual appropriation ordinance for the current fiscal year in the
amount of $982,500.00.
Voting "Aye": Bolger, Hromec, Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers,
Smith, Stanek.
Voting "Nay": None.

Motion carried.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Huck, to authorize the Mayor,
City Treasurer, and City Clerk to invest funds not needed to meet Ch. #631
