Aldermen present: Bolger, Etten, Hromec, Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers, Smith, Wegener. Absent: None. Motion by Huck, seconded by Jackson, to approve the minutes of regular meeting held January 6th. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Etten, Hromec, Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers, Smith, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Motion by Hromec, seconded by Rogers, to direct City Attorney John E. Looze, to draw a Resolution to the State of Illinois requesting financial assistance in improving the drainage ditch through the Lakeland �--- Park area. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Etten, Hromec, Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers, Smith, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Bolger, to accept the Fairway Green Subdivision Sanitary Sewer System as per recommendation of Baxter and Woodman, Engineers, and letter of agreement from Lakeland Construction Co., Inc. Regular Meeting - January 20, 1969 #2 Motion by Smith, seconded by Etten, to accept water mains in Boone Valley Unit No. 2 as recommended by Baxter and Woodman, Engineers. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Rogers, to release Subdivision Performance and Payment Bond No. 569837 in the amountcf $125,005. 00 furnished by Boone VaZZey Development, Inc. pertaining Unit No. 2 and to accept two year $5000.00 maintenance bond on same unit. Motion by Jackson, seconded by Wegener, to send letter to Community High School District No. 156 accepting Sewer and Water Main to the West Campus school on Crystal Lake Road.
