DOHERTY, MAYOR RENEWAL OF THE 1964 PERMIT YEARLY RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the r.TTv OF Mr, HENRY located in the County of MC HENRY , State of Illinois; passed a Yearly Resolution dated APRIL 7, 1964 covering location, construction, operation and maintenance, with its own forces or by contract of water mains, sewer lines, driveways, alleys, street returns, sidewalks, street lights and other facilities within the year of 1964 on State Highways within the CTTY limits, now THEREFORE, be it resolved that this Resolution shall remain in force for the year 196%.
