Motion by Bolger, seconded by Huck, to approve minutes as read of regular meeting held July 15th and special meeting held July 29th. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Etten, Hromec, Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Smith, Wegener. Motion carried.
