Aldermen present: Bolger, Etten, Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers, Smith. Absent: Hromec, Wegener. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Jackson, to approve the minutes of regular meeting held September 16th as read. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Etten, Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers, Smith. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Hromec, Wegener. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Rogers, to approve the treasurers report as read. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Etten, Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers, Smith. Motion by Smith, seconded by Jackson, to purchase 1968 Rambler auto from Mrs. Florence Tussey at a cost of $1,500.00, principal use of car to be in checking parking meters.
