C'CLOCK P .M., ON THE 18TH DAY OF
�+- NOVEMBER , 1968.
The Mayor called the meeting to order and directed the
City Clerk to call the roll.
Upon roll call, the following answered present:
Donald P. Doherty , Mayor, and Aldermen: William J. Bolger, Joseph A.
Etten, Frank S. Hromec, Lawrence J. Huck, Jr., Arthur V. Jackson, Theodore N. Ritzen,
Jerome D. Ro ers, Raymond L. Smith, Gerald J. Wegener.
The following were absent: Nona •
Alderman Pitzen presented, and the City
Clerk read in full an ordinance entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE providing for the sub-
mission to the voters of the City of
McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois,

1 the question of issuing $675,000
+---� Sewer Improvement Bonds at a special
election to be held in and for said
City on the 10th day of December,
1968. "
Alderman Rogers moved and Alderman
Hromec seconded the motion that said ordinance as
presented and read by the City Clerk be adopted.
After a full discussion thereof, the Mayor directed that
the roll be called for a vote upon the motion to adopt the ordi-
nance as read. Upon the roll being called, the following Aldermen
voted "AYE": Bolger, Etten, Hromec, Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers,
Smith, Wegener.
The following Aldermen voted "NAY": None

Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the
ordinance adopted, and henceforth did approve and sign the same in
open meeting, and did direct the Clerk to record the same in full
in the records of the City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry
County, Illinois.
Other business not pertinent to the adoption of said
ordinance was duly transacted at said meeting.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the meeting was
adjourned.
