At the call of Mayor Freund and proper notification of all aldermen,
a special meeting of the City Council was held at the City Hall, Thursday,
February 9, 1961 at 7:30 P.M. for the purpose of reviewing proposed revision
of the Municipal Code.
Mayor Freund presided at the meeting and upon roll call the following
Aldermen were present: Bolger, Conway, Pitzen, Thennes. Absent: Brown, Holly.
City Attorney John E. Looze presented preliminary draft of proposed
new code, a portion of which was studied by the council and changes noted for
use in preparing final draft.
Motion by Thennes, seconded by Pitzen, to adjourn. Motion carried.
