MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 1961
At the call of Mayor Doherty and proper notification,
a special meeting of the City Council was held in the City Hall,
Monday, November 27, 1961 at 8 P.M. The purpose of the meeting
was to review the proposed amended Zoning Ordinance and to conduct
such business as might rightfully come before the council.
Mayor Doherty presided at the meeting, and upon roll
call the following alderman were present: Bolger, Conway, Pitzen,
Schaefer, Smith. Alderman Brown was absent.
City Attorney John E. Looze presented a report on the
proposed amended Zoning Ordinance and copies were presented to the
council for further study.
Motion by Bolger, seconded by Pitzen, to pay Joseph
Tonyan and Elizabeth Tongan, His Wife, Grantors of easement for Ck. #2447
construction of sanitary sewer, the sum of $50.00. Motion carried.
Fred J. Meyer, Supt. of Public Works was instructed by
the council to proceed with installation of sanitary sewer to serve
property owned by Frances Hughes on Maple Avenue.
Motion by Conway, seconded by Pitzen, to adjourn. Motion
carried.
