Aldermen present: Bolger, Huck, Pitzen, Smith, Wegener. Absent: Conway, Etten, Jackson. Motion by Huck, seconded by Bolger, to approve the minutes of regular meeting held December 19, 1966. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Smith, to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to invest Storm Sewer and Street Signal Light Bond Issue Funds in excess of amounts needed in immediate future. Motion carried. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Bolger, to pay Baxter & Woodman $74.10 for engineering services in reviewing plans and specifications for water and sewer extensions to serve new high school. Motion carried. Motion by Huck, seconded by Wegener, to pay the American Legion Post #491, Inc. $200.00 pro rata return on surrendered Alcoholic Beverage Ck. #4607 License as per agreement. Motion carried. Motion by Huck, seconded by Wegener, to pass and approve resolu- tions concerning Alcoholic Liquor License fees, covering annexed areas. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Huck, to pass and approve Prevailing Wage Scale Resolution. Motion carried. Motion by Huck, seconded by Wegener, to designate the salary of Daniel Kinnerk as A425.00 per month for police service. Motion carried. Motion by Huck, seconded by Smith, to adjourn.
