Aldermen present: Bolger, Etten, Hromec, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers, Smith. Absent: Huck, Wegener. Motion by Etten, seconded by Pitzen, to approve the minutes of regular meeting held June 19th as read. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Jackson, to approve the treasurer's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Bolger, to approve the clerk's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Hromec, to pass and approve Appropriation Ordinance in the amount of $562,996. 71. Motion carried. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Jackson, to pay Ladd Enterprises, Inc. $400. 00; representing one half of bill submitted by McFadzean and .._. Everly, Ltd. for services in park planning. Motion carried. Ck. #4977 Motion by Smith, seconded by Rogers, to approve the application of The Kiwanis Club of McHenry to seZZ peanuts in McHenry on Kid's Day, September 29, 1967. Motion carried. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Smith, to pass and approve amendment to the Alcoholic Beverage License Ordinance, limiting Class 41A" licenses to the number of this class now issued, 27 licenses. Motion carried. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Jackson, to approve Mayor's re-appointment of William J. Bolger, George P. Freund, and Frank K. Johnson as members of the McHenry Library Board.
