Aldermen present: Bolger, Brown, Holly, Newkirk, Pitzen, Thennes. Absent: None. Motion by Holly, seconded by Brown, to approve the minutes of the ' last meeting as read. Motion carried. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Newkirk, to approve the treasurer's report as read. Motion carried. `— Motion by Thennes, seconded by Pitzen, to approve the collector's report as read. Motion carried. Rakow and Associates to prepare plans and estimate for construction of sanitary sewer mains on Court Street, North from Washington Street to the city limits as per petition of property owners, and to advertise for bids when plans are prepared. Motion carried. Motion by Brown, seconded by Thennes, to approve the application of Millstream Drugs, Inc. for Class "C" Package Liquor license as 315 W; Elm (Baur Ave.), license to be issued upon payment of the fee of $175.00 for term of license to expire April 30, 1959.
