Aldermen present: Bolger, Brown, Conway, Holly, Pitzen, Thennes. Absent: None. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Brown, to approve the minutes of the last meeting as read. Motion carried. Motion by Brown, seconded by Holly, to approve the collector's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Thennes, to approve the clerk's report as read. Motion carried. Motion carried. Motion by Thennes, seconded by Pitzen, to write to Attorney William M. Carroll, Jr. confirming understanding as outlined in his letter of March 24, 1960 regarding acquisitioncf Lot 14 - Edgebrook Heights Annex to McHenry for the purpose of drilling a waterwell. Motion carried. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Holly, to grant the McHenry County Chapter, Illinois Association For The Crippled, Inc. to conduct a tag day known as "Lily Parade" in McHenry, April 9, 1960. Motion carried. Motion by Conway, seconded by Holly, to reject the request of Allstate Insurance Company to rent the city parking meters as a customer's courtesy day. Motion carried. Motion by Brown, seconded by Thennes, to hold the Annual City of McHenry Meeting Thursday, April 28th, 1960 at 8 P.M. in the City Hall. Motion carried.
