Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Rogers, to
rescind the action of the City Council approving ap-
plication of Ralph W. Gehrke and Charlotte M. Gehrke
for Class °'F" Alcoholic Beverage License, and to ap-
prove the application of and issuance of Class "F" li-
tense to William Walker, Sr.
Voting "Aye": Bolger, Harker, Howard, Hromec,
Pitzen, Rogers, Smith, Stanek.
Voting "Nay °' : None .
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
*10.05 P.M. - Alderman Rogers was absent from
this point in the meeting.
Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Harker, to in-
stall 6' chain link fence with I -Beam posts and 9-
guage wire along the westerly line. of the Center Street
playground adjacent to the "Just For Fun" Roller Rink
property.
Voting "Aye": Bolger, Harker, Howard, Hromec,
Pitzen, ems;, Smith, Stanek.
Voting "Nay": None.
Absent: Rogers.
Motion carried.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Stanek, to pur-
chase hydraulic sewer rodding machine from Flexible
Pipe Tool Division Rockwell Manufacturing Company as
Regular Meeting - June 2, 1971
per terms quoted: ?300.00 per month or four months
to be applied to total purchase price of $4,975.00.

Pitzen, Smith, Stanek.
