AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF RUBLOFF
TOWNE CENTER AND A VARINACE TO THE MINIMUM REQUIRED
RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH FOR BLAKE BOULEVARD,
IN THE CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Rubloff Development Group has requested approval of the Final Plat
of Rubloff Towne Center Subdivision, and a variance to the minimum required right-of-
way width for Blake Boulevard, as depicted thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reviewed the proposed final plat and
variance at a public meeting held January 18, 2001, and provided a written record of
this meeting and its recommendation to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Rubloff Towne Center Subdivision was originally
considered and approved by the City Council on November 1, 2000, but not recorded;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the approval of the amended final plat and
variance is in conformance with the Ordinances of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the final plat entitled "Final Plat of Rubloff Towne Centre
Subdivision", Prepared by Gentile & Associates, Inc., and last revised 112101
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2: All Ordinance or parts thereof in conflict with the terms and
provisions hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under
the authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County,
Illinois.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
