At roll call the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Datz, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Absent: Harker. Motion by Wegener, seconded by Bolger, to approve the minutes of the Nov. 18, 1974, meeting, as read. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Harker. Motion carried. Motion by Pepping, seconded by Datz, to approve the City Treasurer's Report covering the month of November, 1974, as read. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Harker. Motion carried. Motion by Howard, seconded by Wegener, to approve the City Clerk's Report covering the month of November, 1974, as read. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Harker. Motion carried: Motion by Wegener, seconded by Bolger, to approve request for Tag Day on December 7, 1974 to aid the restoration program for Woodstock's Opera House. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Howard., Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Harker. Motion carried. December 2, 1974 Page Two Motion by Hromec, seconded by Bolger, to pass Resolution Indicating Intent to participate with other local governments, requesting the Governor to designate NIPC {Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission) as the responsible agency to conduct waste treatment management planning. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay°': None. Absent: Harker. Motion carried. Motion by Wegener, seconded by Datz, to pass Amendment to Alcoholic Beverage license ordinance providing for a Class "H" Beer and Wine classification, limiting the number to two (2) licenses. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Harker. Motion carried. Motion by Datz, seconded by Bolger, to pay H. J. Curran G#7410 Contracting Co. $70,499.00 for the 1974 Street Improvement Program. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Harker. Motion carried. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Rogers, to pay Lakeland RS#31 Construction Co., Inc. $60,984.63 (construction) and W. A. Rakow & RS#30 Associates $1,052.35 (engineering) on Lillian Street (traffic relief) program from Revenue Sharing funds. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Page Three Motion by Bolger, seconded by Datz, to continue program G#7438 and pay the McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce $111000.00 toward Christmas decorations. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: Bolger -AYE; Datz-AYE; Howard -AYE; Hromec-AYE; Pepping -AYE; Rogers -AYE; Wegener -PASS. There being six (6) "AYE" votes, one (1) "PASS", and one (1) absent, the Mayor declared the motion carried. Motion by Wegener, seconded by Howard, to enter into agree- ment, as presented, with the McHenry County Department of Health concerning Animal Control, and pass ordinance amending the municipal code, chapter 11, article 10, repealing section 105. Voting "Ave" Bolger, Datz, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Harker. Motion carried. Motion by Wegener, seconded by Datz, to authorize purchase of Burroughs adding machine for the Sewage Disposal Plant office at a cost of $149.00, Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Harker. Motion carried. Motion by Wegener, seconded by Bolger, to authorize purchase of Snap-On Tools for the City Garage at a cost of $141.00.
