At roll call the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Absent: None. Motion by Harker, seconded by Bolger, to approve the minutes of the Nov. 4, 1974, meeting as read. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Motion carried. Motion by Pepping, seconded by Wegener, to approve the Annual Audit Report of the Water and Sewer accounts for the past W&S#1778 fiscal year, and to pay balance due Wm. R. North & Associates for serv%ces in the amount of $750.00. Voting "Aye": Voting "'Nay": Absent: None. Mot%on carried. BolgerDatz , , Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. None. Motion by Howard, seconded by Rogers, to pass Ordinance pertaining petition Amending the Zoning Ordinance of McHenry Hospital;heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals. Voting "Aye Votl'ng aaNayrr. Motion by Harker, seconded by Bolger, to pay the National Ck# Boulevard Bank of Chicago $27,973.75, principal, interest and service charges due Jan. 1, 1975, Water and Sewer G.O. Upon roll call, the following vote was recorded: Bolger -AYE; Datz-NAY; Harker -NAY; Howard -NAY; Hromec-AYE; Pepping -AYE; Rogers -NAY; Wegener -NAY. There being three (3) Aye votes and five (5) Nay votes, the Mayor declared that the motion did not carry. Motion by Howard, seconded by Wegener, to adjourn.
