April 15, 1974 -- 8 P.M.
The City Council met in regular meeting with Mayor Stanek
presiding. At roll call, the following aldermen were present: Bolger,
Datz, Harkex, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, *Rogers, Wegener. Absent: None.
Motion by Rogers, seconded by Pepping, to approve the minutes
of the April 1, 1974, meeting as read.

Motion carried.

None.
Motion by Bolger, seconded by Howard, to grant license to
Thomas Fane11a (Trade Name --"Mr. Softee") to sell ice cream from truck
1`n the City of McHenry.

*Alderman Rogers was absent from this point in the meeting.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Bolger, that the building plan as
outlined and submitted by Ralph L. Edgar showing one(1) floor of commercial
and ninety-six (96) apartments for proposed building be approved, subject
to satisfactory lease agreement as determined by the City Council.
Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping,
Wegener.
Voting "Nay": None.
Absent: Rogers.
Motion carried.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Wegener, to enter into CONSTRUCTION -
LEASE AGREEMENT, as amended, with Ralph L. Edgar and authorize the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign the agreement.
Upon roll call the following vote was recorded:
