The City Council met in regular meeting with Mayor Stanek presiding.
At roll call, the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Datz, Harker,
Howard, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Absent: None.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Datz, to approve minutes of Regular
meeting held Jan. 711 1974 and Special meeting held Jan. 14, 1974.

Motion by Bolger, seconded by Rogers, to accept the recommendation of
the Zoning Board of Appeals and pass ordinance granting a use variation to
Karl Dormeyer under the City of McHenry zoning ordinance.

Motion by Rogers, seconded by Wegener, to pay Meade Electric Co.
$36,118.85, partial payment on contract for installation of traffic signals
on Rte. 120 West, as certified by W.A. Rakow &Associates, engineers, and to
pay W. A. Rakow & Associates $1,834.24 for engineering services on the project. �'61 �

Motion by Harker, seconded by Howard, to enter into renewal agreement
with Harco Corp. for water tower inspection for one year from March 13 1974
at a cost of $420.00.

Motion by Datz, seconded by Bolger, to pay Baxter and Woodman, Inc.
$4,164.93 final statement in connection with the design and general super-
vision of the sewage treatment plant additions.

Motion by Howard, seconded by Harker, to grant requests of the
Girl Scouts to sponsor a Cookie Sale on March 30, 19745 and the Viscount
Drum & Bugle Corps to hold a Tag Day on July 13, 1974, further to authorize
the City Clerk to adjust dates in case of conflicts or changes.

& Ingram, Inc. on Lakeland Park Area and trunk line sanitary sewer contract
when funds are available and amounts certified by Baxter & Woodman,
engineers.
