(Due to the regular meeting date falling on a holiday (Labor Day), the meeting was held on the next night according to City of McHenry Code). The City Counil met in regular meeting with Mayor Stanek presiding. At roll call, the following Aldermen were present: Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. *Absent: Bolger. Motion by Harker, seconded by Howard, to approve the minutes of the August 20th, 1973 meeting, as read. Voting "Aye": Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers ,Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Bolger. Motion carried. *Alderman Bolger was presnet at this point in the meeting - 8:07 P.M. Motion by Rogers, seconded by Harker, to approve the Treasurer's Report for August, 73, as read. Voting "Aye": Voting "Nay": Absent: None. Motion carried. BolgerDatz Rogers, Wegener ne. Motion by Datz, seconded by Wegener, to approve the Clerk's Report of August, 1973, as read. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Motion by Rogers, seconded by Harker, to approve plans to expend City of McHenry Revenue Sharing Allocation for the entitlement period beginning July 1, 1973, and ending June 30, 1974, in the following manner based upon an estimated total of $`101,641: Copy attached to these minutes.
