At roll call, the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Absent: None. Motion by Harker, seconded by Pepping, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held June 18, 1973, as read. Voting "Aye": Voting "Nay": Absent: None. Motion carried. Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. None. Motion by Datz, seconded by Howard, to approve the Treasurer's Report for the month of June, 1973, as read. Motion by Harker, seconded by Bolger, to concur with the recommendations of the Zoning Board of Appeals .and pass and approve ordinance Arre riding the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry, Illinois reclassifying Lots 11 and 12 in Block 1 in Lakeland Park Unit No. 3 to "B-1" Commercial REtail District. Motion by Wegener, seconded by Howard, to pass and approve ordinance Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry, Illinois "In the matter of the petition of the City of McHenry for reclassification of certain properties and for general amendments of the City of -McHenry Zoning Ordinance as adopted and approved on the 12th day of March, 19623 and as subsequently amended", excepting Items 9 and 10.
