At roll call, the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Absent: None. Motion by Harker, seconded by Wegener, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held May 21, 1973 and the special meeting held May 30, 1973, as read. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: None. Motion carried. Motion by Howard, seconded by Datz, to approve the Treasurer's report for the month of May, 1973, as read. Voting "Aye" Voting "Nay" Absent: None. Motion carried. Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Rogers, Wegener. None. Motion by Pepping, seconded by Bolger, to approve the Clerk's report for the month of May, 1973, as read. Motion by Pepping, seconded by Howard, to include the petition presented by Warren Kuhlman concerning use of city property at the N/E corner of Waukegan Road and Third St. in the permanent records of the minutes of this meeting. June 4, 1973 Page Two The Park Committee was appointed by Mayor Stanek to report at the next meeting on the feasaty of the lot at the N/E corner of Waukegan Road and Third St. as a site for a park. Motion by Howard, seconded by Datz, to accept agreement under Law Enforcement grant program for purchase of an automobile for Police Department activities, and advertise for bids on a 4-door sedan.
