Tuesday, February 20, 1973 -- 8 P.M.
(Memo: Regular meeting date fell on legal holiday).
The City Council met in regular meeting with Mayor
Doherty presiding. At roll call, the following aldermen
were present: Bolger, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pitzen,
Rogers, Smith, Stanek. Absent: None.
Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Rogers, to approve the
minutes of the regular meeting held February 5, i973, as read.

Motion by Stanek, seconded by Pitzen, to pass and approve
ordinance annexing Lot 2 in Kelter Estate Subdivision Unit No.
2.(Memo for reference: Petitioners were Eugene Hamer, Loretta
Hamer, Richard Hignight, Patricia Hignight). (Ordinance ef-
fective April 18th, 1973 due to statutes concerning election).

It was moved by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman
Rogers, to approve "Supplement to Conveyance Dated February
183 April 5, 1971 and August 21, 1972'° under Sponsorship
Agreement to the State of Illinois, Department of Transpor-
tation, Division of Water Resource Management, Successor to
Department of Public Works and Buildings, Division of Water-
ways concerning easements for constructing channel improvement

in the City of McHenry and appurtenant work to our unnamed
tributary to Fox River, from Meadow Lane upstream to
Illinois Route 120, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute agreement.
