The Resolution for the above -referenced section adopted by the City Council on
April 20, 2009, received on May 12, 2009, was approved as of May 13, 2009.
This provides for the resurfacing of Lillian Street including Engineering fees and
appropriates $52,500.00 of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) Funds for the subject section.
Please note the approval is given for Section 08-00070-00-RS rather than 08-
00270-00-RS. All future correspondence should be referenced accordingly.
