WHEREAS, the CIS OF MOEUY
located in the County of McHe}ry , State of Illinois;
passed a Yearly Resolution dated April 7, a.964
covering location, construction, operation and maintenance, with its
own forces or by contract of water mains, sewer lines, driveways,
alleys, street returns, sidewalks, street lights, and other
facilities within the year of 1964 on State Highways within the
City limits, now
THEREFORE, be it resolved that this Resolution shall remain
in force for the year 1966.
