An Ordinance Approving the Preliminary Plat of Rubloff McHenry Towne Centre
Subdivision
WHEREAS, Rubloff Development Group has requested approval of a preliminary plat
for a commercial subdivision on the east side of Route 31 and known as McHenry Towne
Centre; and
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry Plan Commission approved the McHenry Towne
Centre Preliminary Plat on August 17, 2000 at its regularly scheduled meeting, and provided a
written record of its meeting and unanimous recommendation to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the approval of the proposed preliminary plat is
in conformance with the Ordinances of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCHENRY, MCHENRY COUNTY, as follows:
SECTION 1: That the Preliminary Plat entitled "McHenry Towne Centre", prepared by
GENTILE AND ASSOCIATES INC , dated AUGUST 17 , 2000, and last revised
AUGUST 17 , 2000, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the
same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict are hereby repealed to the extend
of such conflict.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form by and under the
authority of the corporate authorities of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval
and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
Voting Aye: BOLGER, GLAB, MCCLATCHEY, MURGATROYD, BAIRD.
Voting Nay: NONE.
Not Voting: NONE.
Abstaining: NONE.
Absent: NONE.
Passed and Approved this 20TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2000.
