Aldermen present: Conway, Etten, Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Smith, Wegener. Absent: Bolger. Motion by Huck, seconded by Etten, to approve the minutes of regular meeting held October 19th as read. Motion carried. Motion by Pitzen, seconded by Huck, to approve the treasurer's report as read. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Wegener, to approve the clerk' s report as read. Motion carried.
