Monday, December 20, 1971
The City Council met in regular meeting with Mayor Doherty presid-
ing. At roll call, the following Aldermen were present:
Howard, Hromec, Rogers, Smith, Stanek. Absent: *Pitzen.

Motion by Howard, seconded by Harker, to approve minutes of
December 6th meeting, as read.
Voting "Aye": Bolger, Harker, Howard, Hromec., Rogers, Smith,
Stanek.
Voting "Nay": None.
Absent: Pitzen.
Motion carried.

Motion by Hromec, seconded by Rogers, to authorize the Supt. of
Public Works to spend up to $500 for painting and decorating the police
department rooms.

appointment of Edward Datz and David M. Benrud as new members of the McHenry
Plan Commission.

assessment in the amount of $872.61, assessed against property described as
"Part of Outlot 13 of the Original Plat of West McHenry", Robert E. Stoller
and Irene D. Stoller having granted an easement to the City of McHenry over
described property under local improvement known as the "Cooney Heights
Sewer Extension."
