PUBLIC HEARING
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 6, 1979 7:38 P.M.
Mayor Stanek reconvened the recessed Public Hearing of
May 14, 1979, at 7:38 P.M. to consider the proposed Annexation
Agreement of Residential Development Group regarding the Backhaus
Farm annexation. At roll call the following aldermen were present:
Meurer, Schooley, Adams, Wieser, Datz, Harker, Pepping. Absent:
Nolan.
Also in attendance were City Attorney Bernard Narusis;
Sup't Fred Meyer; City Clerk Gilpin; James Berg and Don Gersted
of RDG and their attorney Richard Heimberg; Objectors Vernon
Schiller, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Schiller and their attorney Jeffrey
Ladd. The Court Reporter arrived at 7:43 P.M.
Discussion was held on the annexation agreement which
had been revised to incorporate all the recommendations presented
at previous meetings.
The meeting was recessed at 9:06 P.M. and reconvened
at 9:26 P.M. with everyone still in attendance.
Motion by Schooley, seconded by Datz, to recess this
Public Hearing until the next Regular Meeting of the City Council
on June 18, 1979, for the purpose of possible action on the pro-
posed annexation agreement.
Voting aye: Meurer, Schooley, Adams, Wieser, Datz, Harker,
Pepping.
Voting nay: None.
Absent: Nolan.
Motion carried.
Hearing was recessed at 11:13 P.M.
