Mayor Stanek reconvened the recessed Public Hearing of April 18, 1979 to consider the annexation agreement proposed by Bernard & Catherine Bauer and Boone Valley Development Co. at 8 P.M. on Wednesday, May 2, 1979, concerning 39 acres south of the city limits. At roll call the following aldermen were pre- sent: Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Adams, Schooley, Meurer. Absent: Pepping. Also in attendance were City Attorney Bernard Narusis; Sup't of Public Works Fred Meyer; City Clerk Gilpin; David Ladd and Robert Robinson of Boone Valley Development Co. ; James Bishop, attorney for the developers; the Court Reporter; and the developers secretary. Discussion was held on portions of the agreement which had been amended as requested by the Council at the last hearing. Other revisions were also agreed upon. Motion by Harker, seconded by Adams, to enter into an annexation agreement with the owner and developers of the Bauer property. Voting aye: Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Adams , Meurer, Schooley. Voting nay: None. Absent: Pepping. Motion carried. Narusis mentioned that the proper Ordinances and annexa- tion agreement would be presented at the May 7, 1979 Council Meet- "' ing for final action. Motion by Adams , seconded by Wieser to adjourn the hearing. Voting aye: Nolan, Harker, Datz, Wieser, Adams , Meurer, Schooley. Voting nay: None. Absent: Pepping. Motion carried.
