WEDNESDAY, APRIL 4, 1979 7:30 P.M.
Mayor Stanek called to order the Public Hearing on the
proposed Annexation Agreement of Residential Development Group
(RDG) regarding the Backhaus Farm annexation. At roll call , the
following aldermen were present: Bolger, Nolan, Harker, Datz,
Smith, Adams, Schooley, Rogers. Absent: None.
Also in attendance were James Berg and Donald Gersted
of RDG and their attorney Richard Heimberg; City Attorney Bernard
Narusis; Sup't of Public Works Meyer; City Clerk Gilpin; objectors
Vernon Schiller, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Schiller and their attorney,
Jeffery Ladd; and several other interested spectators.
Discussed in detail were pages six (6) thru nine (9) ,
Paragraphs four (4) thru ten (10) .
Mayor Stanek recessed the meeting at 9:25 P.M. to give
the Court Reporter a rest and to serve coffee.
The meeting was reconvened at 9:55 P.M. At roll call ,
the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Nolan, Harker, Datz,
Smith, Adams, Schooley, Rogers. Absent: None.
Discussion continued on the Annexation Agreement. No
action was taken.
Motion by Smith, seconded by Rogers, to recess the Public
Hearing until Thursday, May 3, 1979, at 7:30 P.M.
Voting aye: Bolger, Nolan, Harker, Datz, Smith, Adams,
Schooley, Rogers.
Voting nay: None.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
Meeting was recessed at 11:25 P.M.
