MONDAY, JUNE 5, 1978, 8:00 P.M.
The regular meeting of the City Council was held on Monday,
June 5, 1978. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stanek. At roll
call the following aldermen were present: Nolan,Harker, Datz, Smith,
Adams, Schooley, Rogers, Bolger. Absent: None.
Motion by Datz, seconded by Adams, to accept the minutes of
the May 31, 1978, meeting as read.
Voting. Aye: Nolan, Harker, Datz, Smith, Adams, Schooley,
Rogers, Bolger.
Voting Nay: None.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
Motion by Datz, seconded by Harker, to pass a resolution
allowing Kildan III to deposit $10,600.00 as required by MC-126 for Unit 1
of Woodcreek Subdivision, and that a deposit of $5,000.00 shall be kept
in their account at all times with respect to development of that subdivi-
sion.
Voting Aye: Nolan, Harker, Datz, Smith, Adams, Schooley,
Rogers, Bolger.
Voting Nay: None.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
Motion by Schooley, seconded by Adams, to accept the preliminary
Plat of Woodcreek Subdivision, Unit 1 as presented by Attorney James Green.
Voting Aye: Nolan, Harker, Datz, Smith, Adams, Schooley,
Rogers, Bolger.
Voting Nay: None.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
Motion by Rogers, seconded by Schooley, to grant a fence var-
ration to Tony Iacullo of Dartmoor Avenue for a corner fence.
Voting Aye: Smith, Adams, Schooley, Rogers, Bolger.

Motion by Schooley, seconded by Rogers, to grant a fence var-
iation to Mark Serpe of Home Avenue for a corner fence.
Voting Aye: Nolan, Adams, Schooley, Rogers, Bolger.
Voting Nay: Harker, Datz, Smith.

Motion carried.
Motion by Rogers, seconded by Adams, to allow the donation
and installation of a chain link (Home Run) fence on the southwest base-
ball field at Petersen Park at no cost to the city which can be taken
down at the descretion of the city.

Bolger.
Voting Nay: Datz.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
Motion by Rogers, seconded by Adams, to pass the Annual Pre-
vailing Wage Scale ordinance.
