(Memo: Meeting held on Tuesday due to regular meeting date falling on a holiday-Labor Day.) The City Council met in regular meeting with Mayor Stanek presiding. At roll call the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Schaedel. Absent: Hromec. Motion by Harker, seconded by Wegener, to approve minutes of regular meeting held August 30th as read. Voting Aye: Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Schaedel. Voting Nay: None. Absent: Hromec. Motion carried. Motion by Harker, seconded by Schaedel, that liquor license be granted to Richard K. and Yvonne E. Smith d/b/a King Enterprises, Inc. pending construction of building and record check; and that we increase number of Class "H" licenses from two(2) to three (3) . Voting Aye: Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Schaedel. Voting Nay: None. Absent: Hromec. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Pepping, to authorize Mayor and Clerk to sign Recapture Agreement with Boone Valley Development Company conditioned upon receipt of proper easements and power to execute any and all easements. Voting Aye: Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith. Voting Nay: Schaedel. Absent: Hromec. Motion carried. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Harker, to pass Ordinances increasing water and sewer rates and connection fees. Voting Aye: Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Schaedel. Voting Nay: None. Absent: Hromec. Motion carried. Motion by Pepping, seconded by Schaedel, to deny petition for re-subdividing of Miller's Subdivision. Voting Aye: Pepping, Smith, Schaedel. Motion by Datz, seconded by Wegener, to concur in the rec- omendation of the Plan Commission and allow re-platting of Millers Subsivision and define front yards on Washington and rear yards on First Avenue.
