July 6, 1976 - - 8:00 P.M.
(Memo: Meeting held on Tuesday due to regular meeting date
falling on a holiday - Independence Day. )
The City Council met in regular meeting with Mayor
Stanek presiding. At roll call the following aldermen were
present: Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith,
Schaedel. Absent: Hromec.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Datz, to approve
minutes of regular meeting held June 21, 1976, as read.

Absent: Hromec.
Motion carried.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Wegener, to pass
resolution pertaining to Pearl Street Bridge.

Smith, Schaedel.

Absent: Hromec.
Motion carried.
Motion by Datz, seconded by Pepping, to approve
agreement for maintenance of Pearl Street Bridge.

Motion by Wegener, seconded by Harker, to approve
plans and specifications of Pearl Street Bridge.

Zoning Board of Appeals recommendation of The Bishop and
Trustees of the Protestant Episcopal Church petition
conditioned upon receipt of appropriate ordinance from
petitioner' s Attorney.

Motion by Harker, seconded by Smith, to
authorize expenditure of sum necessary to frame picture
donated to Police Department.

amend Municipal Code pertaining to Chapter 15, Article 1,
