MARCH 15, 1976 ---- 8:00 P.M.
The City Council met in regular meeting with Mayor Stanek presiding.
At roll call the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Pepping, Harker
Datz, Wegener, Smith, Schaedel. Absent: Hromec.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Wegener, to approve minutes of regular
meeting held March 1, 1976 as read.
Voting "Aye": Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Schaedel.
Voting "Nay": None.
Absent: Hromec.
Motion carried.
Motion by Datz, seconded by Harker, to approve pre-liminary plat of
Brittany Builders and acceptance of check in the amount of $3,534.07 which
represents 1% of the total estimated cost of improvements.
Voting "Aye": Bolger , Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith.
Voting "Nay": Schaedel.
Absent: Hromec.
Motion carried.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Smith ,to approve plat of Boone Valley
Unit No. 9.
Voting "Aye": Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith , Schaedel.
Voting "Nay": None.
Absent: Hromec.
Motion carried.
Motion by Pepping , seconded by Datz, to enter into 2 year contract
for 1976 and 1977 mosquito control program as submitted by Clarke Outdoor
Spraying Co. , Inc.
Cost - Dry Season $9,512.70
Cost - Wet Season $12,488.70
Annual cost range to be same for 1976 and 1977 seasons.

Motion by Smith, seconded by Wegener, to approve tag day for the
Johnsburg Pigtail League on June 26, 1976.

Motion by Datz, seconded by Schaedel, to pass Ordinance vacating un-
named street located between Lot 1 in Block 30 and Lot 9 in Block 3, in
Boone Valley Plat No. 4.

Voting "Nay": None.
Absent: Hromec.
Motion carried.

an outstanding basketball season for the McHenry Warriors.
