FEBRUARY 2, 1976 -- 8:00 P.M.
The City Council met in regular meeting with Mayor Stanek presiding.
At roll call the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Pepping, Harker,
Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Wegener, to approve minutes of regular
meeting held Jan. 19, 1976 as read.
Voting "Aye": Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec,
Schaedel.
Voting "Nay": None.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
Motion by Datz, seconded by Hromec, that a representative appear be-
fore the County Zoning Board as an objector regarding the Zoning of certain
Real Estate from F-Farmingto B-3 Commercial District, re
lating to the
Edward Blake, Ethel Blake, Edward Marinangel and Edith Marinangel property
located on Route 31.
Voting "Aye": Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Hromec.
Voting "Nay": Bolger, Schaedel.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
Motion by Wegener, seconded by Harker to approve Tag Day for the Lake-
land Park Property Owners Little League for May 8th, 1976 and Poppy Day for
May 15, 1976.
Voting "Aye": Pepping, Bolger, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec,
Schaedel.
Voting "Nay": None.
Absent: None.
Motion carried.
Motion by Harker, seconded by Schaedel, that the Ordinance providing for
the Annexation of territory owned by Northern Ill. Gas Co. at the Southwest cor-
ner of Shepherd Hill be adopted as R-1 Zoning.
Voting "Aye"; Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec.
Schaedel.
Voting "Nay": None.

as read by City Treas. Wm. Brda.

on Monday Feb. 16th.

Cookie Day door to door canvass from Feb. 12th to Feb. 22, 1976.

Motion by Datz, seconded by Smith, to rent the City Property behind
Dorkie's for the sum of $60.00 per month, on a monthly lease which can be
terminated by the City at any time, subject to statutory. requirements.

Motion by Bolger, seconded by Harker, to instruct the City Attorney
and Fred Meyer to establish communications with Marks Marine Building ( hous-
ing Millstream Coin Wash) regarding delinquent sewer bill.
