At roll call the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Schaedel. Absent: Pepping, Hromec. Motion by Harker, seconded by Datz, to approve the minutes of the Dec. 1, 1975 meeting as read. Voting "Aye": Bolger, ?-arer, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Schaedel. III Voting "Nay": None Absent: Pepping, Hromec. Motion carried. Motion by Datz, seconded by Harker to accept plat of Boone Valley Unit #9 as presented to Council by Berg and Martin from Robino-Ladd. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Schaedel. Voting "Nay": None Absent: Pepping, Hromec. Motion carried. Motion by Wegener, seconded by Bolger, to permit McHenry-Woodstock Disposal to raise their rates for residential areas in the amount of .25¢ per month. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Schaedel. Voting "Nay": None Absent: Pepping, Hromec. Motion carried. Motion by Datz, seconded by Bolger to pass Resolution appropriating the amount of $40,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for maintenance of Streets , and Highways by Municipality under the Illinois Highway Code for reimburse- ment for Jan. 1, 1976 to Dec. 31, 1976. Motion by Wegener, seconded by Harker to pass supplemental Resolu- tion appropriating the amount of $60,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax Funds for Maintenance of Streets $ Highways by Municipality under the Illinois High- way Code.
