At roll call the following aldermen were present: Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel . Absent: Bolger. Motion by Harker, seconded by Wegener, to approve the minutes of the July 21, 1975 meeting, as read. Voting "Aye": Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel . Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Bolger. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Harker, to pass Resolution re- garding Urban Limits map for Federal Aid Systems. Voting "Aye": Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel . Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Bolger. Motion carried. Motion by Harker, seconded by Datz, to approve completion of Well No. 5 and pass ordinance authorizing and providing for the issue of $193,000 Waterworks and Sewerage Revenue Bonds. Voting "Aye": Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec. Voting "Nay": Schaedel . Absent: Bolger. Motion carried. Mr. Arnold Kaufman and Attorney Liston appeared before the City Council regarding annexation of Glosson Property. No action taken. Motion by Hromec, seconded by Schaedel , to hold a joint informal meeting with representative from County and members of McHenry Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. Upon roll call , the following vote was recorded: August 4, 1975 Page Two Pepping-NAY; Harker-NAY; Datz-NAY; Wegener-NAY; Smith-NAY; Hromec-AYE; Schaedel-AYE; Bolger-ABSENT. There being two (2) "AYE" votes and five (5) "NAY" votes, the Mayor declared the motion did not carry. Motion by Hromec, seconded by Schaedel , to annex approximately 5 acres (Lot 1 - Edgebrook Heights Annex) St. Paul 's Episcopal . Voting "Aye": Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel . Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Bolger. Motion carried. Motion by Datz, seconded by Harker, to pass Ordinance establishing Public Benefit Fund. Voting "Aye": Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener,, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel . Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Bolger. Motion carried. Motion by Pepping, seconded by Harker, to pass Ordinance for the Levy of Taxes for the current fiscal year in the amount of $3,1691115.00 Voting "Aye": Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel . Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Bolger. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Datz, to approve the Treasurer's Report covering the month of July, 1975, as read. Voting "Aye": Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel . Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Bolger. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Datz, to pay Lakeland Construction Ck. #2186 $4,989.00 for Equipment, Labor and Materials at Freund Avenue Lift Station. Voting "Aye": Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel . Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Bolger. Motion carried. Motion by Smith, seconded by Harker, to authorize Mayor Stanek to check with local depositories regarding Tax Anticipation Warrant and pass Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of Tax Anticipation Warrants in the amount of $75,000.00. Voting "Aye": Pepping, Harker, Datz, Wegener, Smith, Hromec, Schaedel . Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Bolger. Motion carried.
