At roll call the following aldermen were present: Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Wegener. Absent: Rogers. Motion by Harker, seconded by Datz, to approve the minutes of the March 31 , 1975, meeting, as read. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Rogers. Motion carried. Motion by Harker, seconded by Pepping, to pay $500.00 toward expenses in connection with the 1975 Marine-Fiesta Day Queen Contest. Voting"Aye": Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping. Ck.#8og7 C ) Voting "Nay" : None. Pass: Wegener. Absent: Rogers. Motion carried. Motion by Datz, seconded by Hromec, to grant the request of the McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce to close parts of Green St. and Riverside Drive for Sidewalk Sales , Saturday, July 12, 1975. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Wegener. Voting "Nay": None. Absent: Rogers. Motion carried. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Howard, to open truck bids. Motion by Bolger, seconded by Harker, to accept the truck bid submitted by Buss Ford Sales in the amount of $8,590.00 and to —, authorize payment upon satisfactory delivery. Motion by Hromec, seconded by Datz, to pass Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of McHenry, as recommended by the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Matter of the Application of Geraldyne Nowicki and James Selvaggio and Anna Marie Selvaggio, his wife, Requesting An Ammendment To The Zoning Ordinance of The City of McHenry, Illinois, And Such Ordinance As Amended. Voting "Aye": Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard, Hromec, Pepping, Wegener. Voting "Nay" : None. Absent: Rogers. Motion carried.
